Flexible working time models

Flexible, personalised working time models give our people the space they need to develop, as well as boosting motivation.

In 2012, in response to a need for increased flexibility, RAG introduced new working time models in addition to the existing structures. Employees also have the option of taking various types of working time models (such as part time working arrangements for parents and semi-retirement for older employees, sabbaticals, ...)
