After a few months of familiarisation, we offer the option of mobile working up to two days a week. This allows employees to work independently from home, for example, in consultation with their manager, using the work equipment provided. Home office & mobile working at RAG makes our employees' work more flexible, especially in terms of location, and leads to a better work-life balance. In this way, we create the basis for more self-determination and personal responsibility in everyday working life and a better work-life balance.
We prioritise flexibility and a good work-life balance and therefore offer:
- Flexible part-time offer or 38-hour week
- Flexitime model (excluding shift work) for more individual flexibility
- Up to 12 additional flexitime days per year through the reduction of plus hours
- 24 and 31 December are non-working days for us
