At RAG, the health of our employees is our top priority
Under the motto "Health connects", we rely on a comprehensive, in-house health programme to promote physical and mental well-being.
Our programme is based on six pillars and offers a wide range of measures – individually selectable and free of charge for all employees. These include traditional offers such as exercise, nutrition and relaxation, as well as vaccination campaigns, preventive check-ups and programmes on current health trends. Annually changing focus topics provide variety and new impetus.

Another key component is the collaboration with the EAP Institute for Employee Counselling. This professional counselling service is available free of charge around the clock – not only for all employees, but also for their relatives living in the same household. Whether for professional, private or health issues: The EAP team offers competent support in all situations.
Our company has already received several awards for its great commitment to workplace health promotion, including the BGF seal of approval for workplace health promotion since 2013.
We incentivise active participation with the following health-promoting measures, among others:
- Joint sports and health activities (sports and health day, ski weekend, running events, etc.)
- RAG contingent for use of the "myClubs" app for a wide range of fitness programmes
- Rental of RAG's own e-bikes (Upper Austria)
- Fitness room incl. equipment (Vienna)
- Regular medical check-ups and vaccination programmes, directly at our locations
- (Occupational) psychological counselling and support from the EAP Institute
- Cooperation with Firmenradl
- A wide range of lectures, interactive workshops, individual health checks and much more.
