Within the scope of the download
RAG processes the data you provide in the online form for the purpose of transmitting a download link as well as for surveying the group of persons interested in green gas topics and research and development projects of RAG. The legal basis for the processing is - for the transmission of the download link - Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO (contract performance) and - for the survey of interested parties - the legitimate interest of RAG pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO, which is not opposed by any overriding interests, fundamental rights or fundamental freedoms of the interested party. Your data, which we process for the purpose of providing the download link and for the survey of interested parties, will be deleted no later than 6 months after the last download.

By selecting the option "I would also like to receive information about RAG's green gas topics and research and development projects by e-mail in the future", you consent to the processing of the personal data you have provided by RAG for the purpose of sending you information about green gas topics and its current and future research and development projects by e-mail in accordance with ยง 174 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO. You will only receive mailings from RAG, not from third parties. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 lit a DSGVO. This consent to data processing or to the sending of messages can be revoked at any time via the link provided in the respective mail or at office@rag-austria.at. After receipt of your revocation, your personal data will only be further processed to the extent required by legal storage obligations or the protection or assertion of legal claims, after which they will be deleted. If you revoke your consent, we will no longer be able to send you any further information on the topics listed.
The data you provide will only be passed on within RAG and only to the extent necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes with your express consent.
You have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data. The objection or the request for correction, deletion or restriction must be sent in writing to RAG Austria AG at the above address or by e-mail to office@rag-austria.at or datenschutzbeauftragter@rag-austria.at. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. If you believe that your right to data protection has been violated, you can also contact the data protection authority.
