Mentoring as an integral part of the onboarding programme.
At RAG, mentoring is a structured, one-year process by which experienced members of staff (mentors) support newcomers or the professional development of existing employees (mentees).
Social integration of new staff members is also a high priority. To facilitate this, you will be assigned a mentor on your first day of work with us.
The mentoring scheme is designed to promote the development of personal, social and professional skills and involves sharing the type of specialist knowledge and company-specific information that can only be learnt in an informal context, and not from textbooks, documents or the minutes of meetings. At the same time, the aim is to ensure more efficient induction of new employees and improve their development opportunities by initiating contact with their colleagues at RAG.
