Robert Dick has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2026. His areas of responsibility include Finance and Accounting, Controlling and planning, as well as Human Resources, Procurement, and IT.

In his previous roles, Robert Dick served as Managing Director of WTE Wassertechnik GmbH in Essen, Germany; as Chairman of the Executive Board of EVN Bulgaria EAD and Country Manager in Bulgaria; and, prior to that, as Head of Controlling and Authorized Signatory at EVN AG since 2007. From 2001 to 2007, he served as Head of Controlling at VA TECH / Andritz HYDRO GmbH within the VA TECH Group.

Robert Dick studied social and economic sciences at the University of Linz.
