Equipped with the latest IT and control systems, RAG’s dispatching centre is at the heart of the company’s operations. Operational data, reports and alarms are all transmitted to the centre, which is staffed around the clock by our highly qualified personnel. From here, they monitor and control all of RAG’s installations as well as supplies of power and heat. The dispatching centre also handles scheduling for the execution of gas transactions for our domestic and international customers, and prepares all of the related settlement data.
